As a new graduate in Geelong, I found myself in a room of 200 people, all waiting for me to start. I had spent years in the classroom, but the clinical reality was overwhelming. I nearly walked out that night, realizing that the clinical journey wasn't just about the movements, but about the professional reasoning and the collective of clinicians who would support you through the doubt.
